This site is run by Monkhouse and Partners Ltd, the controller of personal data collected through it. Contact pr@ethanmonkhouse.com.

Enquiry forms: your email and whatever else you choose to send (name, company, message). Used to reply and handle the enquiry; kept while the conversation is active and for up to two years after. Legal basis: legitimate interests, or steps before a contract.

Email to us: the same use and retention.

Newsletter: the sign-up passes your address to Substack, which runs the subscription under its own policy. We do not store it on this site. Legal basis: consent, withdrawn by unsubscribing.

Server logs: our host processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.

Vercel (hosting), Substack (newsletter), Google/YouTube (interview videos, only when you press play), and the tool that receives enquiries for us. They may process data outside the UK and EEA under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Interview videos load from YouTube only when you press play; YouTube may then set its own cookies under Google’s policy.

Under UK and EU GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. California residents can ask to know and to delete. Email us to use any of them; we reply within one month.

In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
