Talks

Seven talks, grouped by who they are for.

Every talk is tailored to the room. Send the industry and who will be in the audience, and the examples come from their world rather than a generic deck.

Board and executive

The Keys to the Kingdom

The security risks you take on the moment you let AI into the business

Where the real exposure is: staff pasting company data into public AI tools, agents holding live credentials, attackers using the same tools. Ends on a practical checklist.

Financial services, legal, healthcare, government

What Not to Hand Over

Where AI should stop, and who decides

A practical line between what to automate and what stays human, and how to defend that line to a board.

Financial services, healthcare, regulated, public sector

Leadership and people teams

Running a Company on AI

What one founder automated, what he refused to, and what it returned

Tech, SMEs, operations-heavy businesses

Agents Managing Agents

What changes when the work is done by AI agents, not tools

What agentic AI actually is, what it can genuinely run today, where it breaks, and how to think about staffing around it.

Financial services, professional services, enterprise

The Human Premium

What your people are for, once AI does the rest

How to build and manage teams now AI handles routine work, so they get more from the people they already have.

Large employers, professional services, financial services

Commercial and general audiences

Volume Without Slop

How marketing teams use AI to produce far more and still be worth reading

What to automate in a marketing function and what still needs a person, how to run content at volume without wrecking the brand, and how to tell which of it drives revenue rather than likes.

Consumer brands, retail, media, agencies, subscriptions

The Data Shadow

What AI already knows about your customers

A plain explanation of how AI reads and predicts people, and what it means for customer trust.

Retail, consumer brands, media, mixed-audience conferences

Long bio

174 words

Ethan Monkhouse is a London-based founder and speaker who builds and operates the AI systems that run his own companies. He is the founder of Monkhouse & Partners, his AI advisory firm, and Partner and Head of AI at Knightox. He previously founded Typed, an algorithmic marketing agency, and co-founded Naviro, an AI analytics platform for the music industry, which was covered by The Irish Times and Silicon Republic.

He speaks as someone who builds this technology rather than comments on it, which means his talks skip the hype and get to what a business can do next. He covers AI agents and automation, the security exposure that comes with them, what AI changes about leadership and teams, and how marketing works once content is effectively free. His framework, the Human Premium, holds that as AI absorbs the execution of work, the human side becomes the valuable side.

He writes Still Human, Thanks for Asking, a weekly newsletter on the human side of AI, and spoke most recently at Workless AI 2026 in Montenegro.
